E-Shram Card 2025 भारत सरकार के Labour & Employment मंत्रालय की सबसे बड़ी राष्ट्रीय पहचान योजना है, जिसका उद्देश्य भारत के असंगठित क्षेत्र (Unorganised Sector) में काम करने वाले लगभग 38 करोड़ से अधिक लोगों को एक ही प्लेटफॉर्म पर रजिस्टर करके उन्हें सामाजिक सुरक्षा (Social Security), बीमा (Insurance), आर्थिक सहायता (Financial Support), पेंशन (Pension) और रोजगार के अवसर (Employment Benefits) उपलब्ध कराना है।

What is the Updated E-Shram Registration Process 2025?
सरकार ने 2025 में E-Shram Card Registration प्रक्रिया को और सरल बनाया है। अब नया सिस्टम आधार आधारित eKYC, मोबाइल OTP और बैंक खाते की माइक्रो-वेरिफिकेशन के आधार पर रजिस्ट्रेशन की अनुमति देता है।
सरकार के अनुसार, किसी भी देशवासी को E-Shram Card बनवाने के लिए केवल तीन चीजें चाहिए:
- Aadhaar Card (Biometric Verified)
- Mobile Number linked with Aadhaar
- Bank Account Number + IFSC
E-Shram Portal पूरी तरह Free है — किसी भी प्रकार की फीस नहीं देनी होती।
STEP-BY-STEP Registration Process (2025 Full Guide)
Step 1: Official Website खोलें
सबसे पहले अपने मोबाइल या लैपटॉप से Official Website पर जाएं:
Official Website: https://eshram.gov.in
Homepage पर “Register on E-Shram” बटन मिलेगा, यहीं से रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू होता है।
Step 2: Mobile Number Enter करें
- Aadhaar se linked mobile number डालें
- Captcha भरें
- ‘Send OTP’ पर क्लिक करें
अगर मोबाइल नंबर आधार से लिंक नहीं है, नीचे एक समाधान दिया है।
Step 3: OTP Verification
जो नंबर आपने भरा है, उस पर एक 6-digit OTP आएगा। उसे भरें और Validate करें।
Step 4: Aadhaar Verification (eKYC)
अब सिस्टम आपसे Aadhaar Number मांगेगा। इसे भरने के बाद Aadhaar से OTP भेजा जाएगा।
ध्यान दें—2025 से E-Shram कार्ड केवल उन्हीं का बन सकता है जिनके Aadhaar में मोबाइल नंबर अपडेट है।
Step 5: Personal Details भरें
- नाम (Aadhaar के अनुसार)
- जन्म तिथि
- Gender
- Father’s / Husband’s Name
- Category (GEN / OBC / SC / ST)
- Marital Status
सिस्टम 2025 में Aadhaar Database से अधिकतर जानकारी खुद भर देता है।
Step 6: Address Details भरें
- State
- District
- Block
- Full Address
अगर व्यक्ति Migrant Worker है, तो उसे “Migrant Worker” विकल्प चुनना चाहिए।
Step 7: Occupation Details
यह हिस्सा सबसे महत्वपूर्ण माना गया है। E-Shram Card का असली लाभ तभी मिलता है जब आपका occupation सही चुना जाए।

- Construction Worker
- Migrant Labour
- Daily Wage Worker
- Domestic Helper
- Street Vendor
- Plumber / Electrician
- Auto / Taxi Driver
- Fisherman
- Tailor
- Agriculture Labour

Step 8: Education Details (Optional)
अगर आपने पढ़ाई की है तो लिखें, नहीं तो “Illiterate” चुनें। इससे कोई लाभ प्रभावित नहीं होता।
Step 9: Bank Account Linking
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Bank Name (Auto-fill)
2025 में Bank Micro Verification System लागू किया गया है। यानी गलत जानकारी पर Card तुरंत reject हो जाएगा।
Step 10: Final Submit & Download UAN Card
Submit करने के बाद आपका E-Shram Card (UAN Card) PDF डाउनलोड हो जाता है।
UAN Number: यह आपका Universal Account Number है — हमेशा के लिए एक ही रहेगा।
Eligibility Verification 2025 (New Rules)
2025 के Updated Rules के अनुसार E-Shram Card केवल उन्हीं लोगों का बन सकता है जो “Unorganised Sector” में आते हैं।

- Self-Employed Labour
- Migrant Workers

Non-Eligible (इनका Card Reject होगा):
- Income Tax Payers

Aadhaar Linking Problems & Solutions (2025)
Case 1: Aadhaar पर पुराना नंबर है
Solution: Aadhaar Update Centre जाकर नया नंबर अपडेट करें।
Case 2: Aadhaar OTP नहीं आता
Solution: Aadhaar में मोबाइल अपडेट, नेटवर्क समस्या, DND सेटिंग या सिम ब्लॉक की जांच करें।
Case 3: Aadhaar eKYC Fail हो रहा है
Solution: बैंक में Aadhaar linking check कराएं और biometric अपडेट करें।
CSC Registration vs Self Registration — कौन बेहतर?
Self Registration:
- Free
- कोई शुल्क नहीं
- घर बैठे हो जाता है
CSC Center:
- Biometric Verification तुरंत हो जाता है
- Bank eKYC Fail हो तो CSC बेहतर
2025 में Self Registration सबसे अधिक recommend किया जाता है।
Registration के बाद क्या Update करना अनिवार्य है?

- Address Change
- Mobile Number
- Bank Details
सरकार ने 2025 में Annual Update System लागू किया है, ताकि मजदूरों की जानकारी अपडेट रहे।
E-Shram Card कब Cancel होता है?
- Duplicate UAN बनवाने पर
- PF/ESIC जॉब लगने पर
- Wrong bank details भरने पर
- Fake documents पर
Cancel होने के बाद Appeal Process भी है।
