🚀 प्रस्तावना – दुनिया बदलने वाले लोग अलग क्यों सोचते हैं?
ज़्यादातर लोग:
- जो चल रहा है वही करते हैं
- भीड़ के पीछे चलते हैं
- Safe रास्ता चुनते हैं
लेकिन कुछ लोग:
- नया रास्ता बनाते हैं
- Risk लेते हैं
- दुनिया बदल देते हैं
Zero to One उन लोगों की सोच है
🧠 Zero to One का मतलब क्या है?
Zero to One मतलब:
- कुछ नया बनाना जो पहले नहीं था
- Innovation, not imitation
Example:
- पहला smartphone
- पहली search engine
यह:
0 → 1 की छलांग है
⚠ 1 से N (Copy) vs 0 से 1 (Innovation)
1 → N:
- Existing idea की copy
- Competition ज़्यादा
- Profit कम
0 → 1:
- नई value creation
- No competition (initially)
- High impact
Competition profits को मार देती है
📉 India में ज़्यादातर Startups क्यों fail होते हैं?
- Copy-paste model
- Discount war
- No differentiation
Result:

Startup शुरू करने से पहले:
- Product नहीं
- Office नहीं

Safe path:

- Predictable life
Zero to One path:
- Skill + vision
- Uncertain लेकिन high impact
Risk नहीं लोगे, तो innovation नहीं होगा

Schools हमें सिखाते हैं:
- Right answers
- Following rules
लेकिन startup को चाहिए:
- Right questions
- Rule-breaking thinking
Zero to One = Independent thinking

Most लोग:
- Past देखकर future बनाते हैं
Zero to One thinkers:
- Future imagine करते हैं
- फिर उसे build करते हैं
Future predictable नहीं, buildable है
