1. PM Awas Yojana 2025 Online Apply Kaise Kare

PMAY 2025 के लिए Online Application पूरी तरह Digital हो चुका है। अब आपको नगर निगम / नगर पंचायत जाने की जरूरत नहीं है। सभी आवेदन आधिकारिक पोर्टल पर खुलते हैं:

• Urban Applicants: pmaymis.gov.in
• Gramin Applicants: pmayg.nic.in या rhreporting.nic.in

Online Apply के लिए आपको इन चीज़ों की जरूरत होगी:

• Aadhaar नंबर
• Mobile Number (Aadhaar linked)
• Address details
• Family member details
• Income category selection
• Land/House details

2. PMAY 2025 Form Fill-Up (Step-by-Step Full Guide)

Step 1: Visit Official Portal

Urban के लिए: https://pmaymis.gov.in Rural के लिए: https://pmayg.nic.in

Step 2: Aadhaar Verification

सबसे पहले आपका Aadhaar authentication होता है। OTP Aadhaar-linked mobile number पर आता है।

Step 3: Applicant Details

• Naam (Aadhaar अनुसार)
• Father/Husband Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Marital Status
• Mobile Number

Step 4: Address Details

• State
• District
• Ward Number (Urban)
• Gram Panchayat (Gramin)
• Street Name
• Pin Code

Step 5: Income Category Selection

अपनी वार्षिक आय के आधार पर सही category चुनें:

• EWS
• LIG
• MIG-I
• MIG-II

Step 6: House Details

• Existing house type: Kutcha / Semi-pucca / No house
• Land ownership
• Plot measurement

Step 7: Bank Details

• Bank Name
• Account Number
• IFSC Code

Step 8: Final Submission

Submit पर click करने के बाद आपका application number generate होता है। इसे सुरक्षित रखें।

4. PMAY-Urban Apply Process 2025

PMAY-U केवल शहरी निवासियों के लिए है। Urban apply के लिए Citizen Assessment section उपयोग किया जाता है।

Urban Apply के Steps:

2. Citizen Assessment → Benefit Under 3 Components
3. Aadhaar Verification
4. Applicant Details

5. PMAY-Gramin Apply Process 2025

PMAY-G में apply तभी कर सकते हैं जब आप SECC List में हों।

Steps:

• AwaasSoft Login (CSC / Village Operator)
• Registration → New Applicant
• Aadhaar Authentication
• SECC Family Matching
• Land Details
• House Photo Upload
• Geo-Tagging (Stage 1)

Urban Status Check

आप दो तरीकों से status check कर सकते हैं:

• By Name
• By Assessment ID

Gramin Status Check

https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/BenificiaryStatus.aspx

यहाँ आप इनसे status देख सकते हैं:

• Aadhaar Number
• Registration Number
• Bank Account Number

7. PMAY 2025 Beneficiary List Check

PMAY-G की नई 2025 list rhreporting.nic.in पर उपलब्ध होती है।

Steps:

• State → District → Block → Gram Panchayat चुनें
• Final Beneficiary List Download करें
• Installment Status भी देख सकते हैं

8. Geo-Tagging Process (Before / During / After)

PMAY में Geo-tagging इसलिए की जाती है ताकि कोई भी फर्जी घर या duplicate claim न हो सके।

Stage 1: Before Construction Geo-Tag

Land की तस्वीर + Location Map

Stage 2: During Construction Geo-Tag

1st installment release के बाद आधे बने घर की तस्वीर

Stage 3: After Construction Geo-Tag

पूरा घर तैयार होने के बाद final photo

हर Geo-tagging में GPS location auto-capture होती है।

9. Installment/Fund Release System (PMAY-U & PMAY-G)

PMAY में fund 2–4 installments में आता है। यह राज्य पर depend करता है।

Urban Installment Pattern

• 1st Installment → Approval के बाद
• 2nd Installment → Construction Started Geo-Tag
• 3rd Installment → 50% Construction
• 4th Installment → Final Completion

Gramin Installment Pattern

• 1st Installment: ₹40,000
• 2nd Installment: ₹60,000
• 3rd Installment: ₹20,000–₹30,000 (State-wise)

10. DBT Transfer Rules

DBT यानी Direct Benefit Transfer। इसका मतलब सहायता राशि सीधे बैंक खाते में जाती है।

• Aadhaar Linked Bank Account अनिवार्य
• Name Match Mandatory
• NPCI Mapper Active
• KYC Updated होना चाहिए
